Life looked very different ten years ago; I had just wrapped up my bachelors degree & was vigorously applying to different graduate schools around the country. With a change in heart I left my cozy stable future and embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship.
I have always valued "the hustle". I achieved it through my adolescent years as a three sport athlete & continued along the same path during college; working full time as a student and employee. It was a way of life for me; push Han, push harder, push better, and for awhile everything was going great until it wasn't. I lost all sense of self, of life, and energy. I was burnt out.
Over the years I have learned what it means to hustle and the dark shadow that lurks in the corner waiting...until I decided to shed light on it, learn about it, and lead others towards a different path.
What is a mindfulness instructor? Well I am a wellness advocate that leads extraordinary people through intentional movement aka yoga, followed by breathing practices & guided meditation.
